Iverson Inc. is seeking a Senior Designer who thrives across brand, digital product, and campaign work. You will lead design across project types, develop full brand systems, ensure visual consistency, and make UX decisions when needed.

You’ll collaborate with web and motion teams, defend your work to clients, and own projects from strategy through execution, with a strong emphasis on autonomy. We value a portfolio with range, agency or client-facing experience, and a proactive, AI-forward

Qualifications

• 6+ years in design preferred; portfolio must show range across projects and industries.
• Meaningful time in a creative agency or client-facing environment required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating capability beyond a single discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across brand identity, digital product, marketing campaigns, and content as needed by clients.
• Develop full brand identity systems including logos, typography, color, iconography and visual language with guidelines.
• Apply visual systems across digital, print, social, packaging, and campaign assets.
• Make UX decisions where design intersects with user experience.
• Collaborate with web and motion designers to translate work into digital environments.
• Present and defend creative work to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Contribute to new business pitches by shaping and visualizing creative direction.
• Own projects from strategy through final execution with minimal supervision.
