Job summary

Homestead Woods in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Senior Designer & Project Manager to lead full-cycle residential and light commercial cabinetry projects, mentor a growing design team, and shape studio systems toward Principal or Studio Director.

You will own project schedules, budgets, scopes, and client communications, while coordinating with production teams and trades to ensure design intent and quality across all phases.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in custom cabinetry or design-build environments.
• Proven success leading full-lifecycle residential or commercial design projects.
• Strong space planning and cabinetry detailing skills.
• Excellent organizational ability and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle cabinetry projects from concept through installation.
• Own schedules, budgets, scopes, and client communications across all phases.
• Coach junior designers and uphold studio design standards.
• Collaborate with production teams, vendors, contractors, and trades.
