Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Designer, Inclusive Design & Culture, to advance inclusive design across Owned Brand product design and packaging with a focus on culture, race, gender, aging, and accessibility. You will report to the Senior Director and partner across the enterprise to embed inclusive practices influencing products, experiences, and business decisions.

You will lead learning experiences, tools, and resources, and collaborate with external experts to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design, social design, community leadership, or a related field.
• Experience building inclusion programs and developing organizational capability.
• Experience advancing design practices within complex, matrixed, or global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Business Leadership: champion inclusive and social design; develop learning tools; track progress against goals.
• Team Leadership: partner across diverse stakeholders; coach teams to strengthen inclusive design capabilities.
• Industry Leadership: connect social insights to business priorities; represent Target at events and with partners.
