Job summary

Target Corp is seeking a Senior Art Director for the Brand Design Lab - Home to lead creative direction for owned brands and packaging. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, guiding concept development, photography, and visual storytelling to bring Target’s brand expression to life.

You will work across omnichannel initiatives, stay current with retail trends, and contribute to a fast-paced creative environment with a multicultural lens.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in art direction, design or a related creative field.
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in art direction, concept development, photography and visual storytelling.
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills.
• Open to feedback and able to iterate on work.
• Proficient in Mac-based creative applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
