Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in textile/product/industrial/fashion design or related discipline.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant home product design experience, ideally at Senior Designer level.
• Experience in soft home, hard home, or both with broad category exposure; licensed brands preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; CAD or product-design software beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create seasonal product concepts and collections across multiple home categories (soft and hard goods).
• Develop color palettes, prints, materials, finishes and product details aligned with brand and consumer.
• Research trends across home, interiors, and lifestyle to inform collections.
• Build seasonal inspiration and concept presentations establishing a clear point of view for each collection.
• Translate direction into products suitable for specific retail channels and price points.
• Produce CADs, artwork, specifications and design materials to move concepts into development.
• Collaborate with brand/licensing partners through reviews and approvals.
• Manage multiple projects across seasons from concept to final product.
