Solomon Page Fashion & Beauty is seeking a creative, experienced Senior Designer for Girls 2–6X collections. You will own design from concept through sample development, collaborating with leadership, Merchandising, Sales, and overseas factories to deliver age-appropriate, retail-ready styles across dresses, tops, bottoms, sets, rompers, jumpsuits, and sportswear.

Formación

• 7+ years of fashion design experience across multiple girls' categories.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong CAD sketching and technical drawing skills.
• Experience coordinating with overseas factories and sample development.
• Solid understanding of woven and knit fabrics, trims, and embellishments.
• Portfolio of casual apparel design.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop seasonal Girls 2–6X casual apparel collections across all product categories.
• Create original designs for casual dresses, tops, T-shirts, blouses, skirts, shorts, pants, leggings, rompers, jumpsuits, and coordinated sets.
• Research current and emerging fashion trends, colors, prints, fabrics, silhouettes, and styling details appropriate for the girls market.
• Translate market trends into creative, age appropriate, and commercially viable designs.
• Develop seasonal concepts, color palettes, mood boards, and cohesive collections.
• Create detailed CAD sketches, technical flats, and presentation materials using Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Develop original prints, graphics, embroideries, appliqués, and other decorative design elements.
• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and construction details balancing fashion, comfort, quality, and cost.
• Ensure collections offer a strong balance of fashion forward styles and proven commercial silhouettes.
