Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience, preferably in digital/advertising.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio of digital ads and campaigns.
• Experience across all design stages from concept to final execution.
• Solid typography, grid systems, interaction design, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of style proposals, sketches, mockups, and prototypes to initiate design projects for products, features, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and production to ensure designs meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Execute and enhance art direction while providing innovative ideas to improve the creative process.
• Translate complex creative briefs into actionable design briefs for the team.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs with high attention to detail.
• Craft interactive assets for social media and other digital channels.
• Stay informed about cultural trends and incorporate insights into designs.
• Elevate storytelling through design and motion graphics.
• Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
