Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in motion design and 2D animation.
• Portfolio showing ownership of brand campaigns, social content and hero videos.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (Runway, MidJourney, Firefly, etc.).
• Strong visual design sense across typography, color, layout and composition.
• Ability to manage own time and meet tight deadlines without hand-holding.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency and collaboration across international teams.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Own the full animation lifecycle from pre-production to final delivery for social assets and hero videos.
• Lead early-stage ideation with art directors to translate briefs into motion work.
• Build templates to improve speed and consistency for the global team.
• Maintain brand integrity across formats, platforms and languages.
• Champion generative AI tools and drive adoption of new techniques.
• Present work and contribute to creative conversations with cross-functional teams.
