Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience, preferably in digital/advertising.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio of digital ads and campaigns.
• Experience across all design stages from concept to final execution.
• Solid typography, grid systems, interaction design, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of style proposals, sketches, mockups, and prototypes to initiate design projects for products, features, and campaigns.

About You:

The essentials:

• 5+ years of experience as a Designer, ideally in a digital or advertising environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and advertising materials.
• Proven experience with all stages of the design process, from concept development to final execution.
• Deep understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, grid systems, interaction design, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively collaborating with clients and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs and priorities.

Not a Must, But a Plus:

• Experience with Motion design software (e.g., After Effects)
• Familiarity with automotive industry.
