That’s Nice, LLC is seeking an Art Director in New York to lead our creative team in producing compelling visual experiences that align with our brand identity and communication objectives. You will conceptualize, design, and execute concepts across platforms while inspiring your team to elevate the craft.

You will collaborate with marketing and copywriting, ensure cohesive branding, and guide high-quality materials—from graphics to digital assets—across print, digital, and social touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10 years post college experience at a design firm, studio, or marketing firm.
• Proven experience as an Art Director with a robust portfolio.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Familiarity with motion graphics software is advantageous.
• Exceptional design skills, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
• Strong project management skills to meet tight deadlines and high-volume work.
• Strategic thinking aligning design with broader brand and business goals.

• Review and approve deliverables to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Provide constructive feedback to elevate team skills and execution.
