Creative Office Resources invites a Senior Designer to join our Design department in Edison, NJ. You will plan and specify contract furniture using CET and AutoCAD, working closely with MillerKnoll partners to deliver cutting-edge workplace solutions.

You’ll lead site verifications, product specifications, and space planning on complex, multi-phase projects while coordinating with consultants and sales teams to meet client needs.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience drawing and specifying systems furniture in CET or CAP required.
• 5+ years’ experience in the A&D and commercial interiors industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required.
• CET, CAP Designer, CAP Worksheet, and SketchUp experience preferred.
• BS or BA degree in Interior Design from a FIDER/CIDA accredited institution preferred.
• High level of attention to detail and technical proficiency.
• Knowledge of building, accessibility, and life safety codes.
• Ability to coordinate, plan, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities and high-volume workload effectively with speed and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and team-focused.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident leading client presentations

Responsabilidades

• Programming and space planning, site verification, product specifications, drawings, product inventory.
• Coordination with consultants and fabric/finish palette selection.
• Assisting sales with presentations for clients.
• Focus on complex projects including reconfigurations and multi-phase projects; direct client interaction to solve furniture needs.
