Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a passionate Senior Designer to join the Integrated Campaigns Creative team supporting Agentforce.

You will translate complex briefs into thoughtful concepts and craft visually compelling designs across channels, partnering with Creative Leads, copywriters, Product Marketing, and Creative Operations. Qualifications

• BA/BFA in Art, Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of design or art direction experience in a creative agency or in-house team; B2B/tech a plus.
• Strong portfolio showing design craft, concept thinking, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating work across multiple channels and digital media.
• Solid typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and design systems understanding.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; motion/After Effects is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI and emerging creative tools for design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; organized and collaborative in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Creative Leads and copywriters on concept development, design, and execution across Agentforce campaigns.
• Translate briefs, product narratives, and marketing objectives into clear visual concepts.
• Design across integrated campaigns, digital/web, social, content, and events.
• Extend creative concepts cohesively across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Deliver high design craft, visual storytelling, and attention to detail from concept to final execution.
• Simplify complex product stories into approachable, engaging visuals.
• Present ideas and rationale clearly, incorporating feedback efficiently.
• Ensure Salesforce brand consistency and maintain high creative quality.
• Manage multiple projects with cross-functional partners to meet deadlines and stay current with trends.
