Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Designer to translate complex product narratives into compelling visual experiences across Agentforce campaigns.

You will partner with Creative Leads, copywriters, and product marketing to develop ideas and bring them to life across digital, web, social, and events. The role demands strong design craft, a portfolio that showcases thinking across channels, and ability to move from concept to hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• BA/BFA in Art, Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of design or art direction experience in a creative setting; B2B or technology experience is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft, conceptual thinking, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating across multiple channels and mediums, especially digital and integrated marketing.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; motion or After Effects is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI and emerging tools; apply thoughtfully to the creative process.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to articulate ideas and rationale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Creative Leads and copywriters on concept development, design, and execution across Agentforce campaigns.
• Translate briefs and marketing objectives into clear visual concepts and design solutions.
• Design across integrated campaigns, digital and web, social, content, presentations, demand generation, and events.
• Extend creative concepts cohesively across channels and touchpoints.
• Maintain high level of craft, storytelling, and attention to detail from exploration to final execution.
• Present ideas clearly and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Ensure consistency with the Salesforce brand and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects with Creative Operations and project management to meet deadlines.
• Stay current on design, AI, and industry trends; bring new ideas into the process.
