Job summary

Salesforce in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Designer to translate complex product and marketing briefs into visually compelling concepts. You will collaborate with Creative Leads, copywriters, and product marketing to bring Agentforce initiatives to life across channels and media.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, 3+ years in design or art direction, and hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, plus an interest in AI tools to push creative boundaries.

Qualifications

• BA/BFA in Art, Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 3+ years of design or art direction experience; B2B or technology experience is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft, conceptual thinking, and visual storytelling.
• Experience developing creative across multiple channels and mediums, particularly digital and integrated marketing.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
• Advanced working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; motion or After Effects experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI and emerging creative tools and an interest in applying them thoughtfully to the creative process.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and rationale.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Creative Leads and copywriters on concept development, design, and execution across Agentforce campaigns.
• Translate creative briefs, product narratives, and marketing objectives into clear, compelling visual concepts and design solutions.
• Concept and design across integrated campaigns, digital and web, social, content, presentations, demand generation, and event experiences.
• Help develop and extend creative concepts cohesively across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Bring a high level of design craft, visual storytelling, and attention to detail from early exploration through final execution.
• Simplify complex technology and product stories into approachable, engaging creative.
• Present ideas and design rationale clearly and incorporate feedback thoughtfully and efficiently.
• Ensure consistency with the Salesforce brand and maintain a high bar for creative quality.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, partnering with Creative Operations and project management to meet deadlines.
• Stay current on design, technology, AI, and industry trends, bringing new ideas and approaches into the creative process.
