Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an exceptional Art Director to join our internal agency and partner with creative leads to bring brand and marketing to life. You will ideate, problem-solve and execute against briefs, crafting Salesforce stories across channels while upholding the brand's look and feel.

You will manage multiple projects, guide teams, freelancers, and production partners, delivering high-quality work with attention to detail and an eye for strategy and design excellence.

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in Art/Design and a world-class portfolio.
• Outstanding presentation skills and ability to pitch to all levels.
• 8+ years in art direction and design in a creative agency or client-side group.
• 3+ years leading and managing projects; + is a plus.
• 5+ years in marketing with digital, print, interactive, website/mobile design and video.
• Hands-on expertise across advertising, film, websites, mobile, graphic design and events.
• Expert knowledge of creative processes and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with Creative Lead on conceptual development, design, and execution.
• Develop ideas that meet KPIs; test and iterate when needed.
• Present concepts to marketing leads and stakeholders on schedule.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality design across projects.
• Learn industry trends and apply insights to campaigns.
• Inspire others, deliver feedback clearly, and guide teams and partners.
