Job summary

The Workshop LA in Van Nuys, CA is seeking a Sr. Apparel Designer to lead design from concept through tech pack for knit and woven garments, working closely with Product Development and Sales to shape the vision for new product lines.

This hands-on role requires several years in apparel design, ideally with licensed products, and strong technical design skills including tech pack creation and construction knowledge. A sharp eye for color, print, and fabrication across categories is essential.

Our client, a well-established, apparel company known for its licensed product lines, is looking for a Sr. Apparel Designer to join their growing team in Van Nuys, CA. This is a fully onsite role, five days a week.

This is a great opportunity for a design leader who thrives on building products from the ground up, from concept through tech pack, across a wide range of categories. You'll partner closely with Product Development and Sales to shape the vision for new and elevated product lines, balancing creativity with quality, comfort, and cost. It's a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership over the design process and the chance to influence direction across multiple product types.
