Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a creative Apparel Designer for an onsite role in San Diego. You will shape seasonal collections, build mood boards, color stories, silhouettes, CADs, and design files, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and product goals.

You will collaborate with technical design, merchandising, sales, and overseas vendors, while reviewing samples and guiding quality, fit, and construction. A strong portfolio and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apparel design experience.
• Strong garment construction, fit, fabrication, color, and product development knowledge.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience creating CADs and tech packs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and seasonal deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
