Qualifications

• 7+ years of apparel design experience (Men's, Unisex).
• Strong background in streetwear, surf, skate, or contemporary fashion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final product execution.
• Develop seasonal concepts, color stories, silhouettes, and product assortment.
• Create sketches, CADs, tech packs, and presentation material.
• Research fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Technical Design, and Production teams.
• Ensure design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
• Present seasonal direction and design concepts to stakeholders.
