Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop cut-and-sew styles for the men’s collection, including tops, bottoms, and outerwear
• Research and interpret seasonal trends and fabrics to create compelling design concepts
• Apply knowledge of print techniques (screen printing, digital printing, heat transfer, etc.) to enhance garment design
• Demonstrate expertise in garment washes and garment dye techniques to achieve desired aesthetics and finishes
• Create detailed technical sketches and design presentations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Collaborate with product development and technical design teams to ensure accurate fit and construction
• Source and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and finishes for each style
• Participate in fittings and provide design input to maintain brand standards and quality
• Manage design timelines to meet seasonal calendar deadlines
