1. Architect, design, and develop solutions for product or sustenance delivery through the team.
2. Train and develop team members to ensure adequate skilled manpower and mitigate delivery risks.
3. Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies to meet quality standards and client requirements.
4. Gather specifications and deliver solutions based on domain or technology understanding.

Skill Requirements

• Strong DV skill with major GLS work experience.
• Expertise in testbench updates for GLS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl or Python.
• Experience with Make, YAML, and JSON file systems.
• Experience with zero-delay simulations and post-layout simulations with SDF back annotations.
• Good understanding of RTL synthesis, Static Timing Analysis, and LEC flows.
• Experience with flow optimizations like Grey/Black-boxing techniques.
• Effective communication skills with implementation, PnR, and design teams.
• Working knowledge of Confluence, GIT, and JIRA for project documentation and execution.
