Job summary

Pluralsight, LLC is seeking a Principal Product Designer, Design Systems to lead the architecture of Pando, our shared design language, and set standards for the org. You will shape the system, guide its adoption, and partner with engineering to align roadmaps and governance.

You will drive scalable token and component architecture, accessibility as infrastructure, and data-backed prioritization. This role blends strategic direction with hands-on system building.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design with focus on design systems.
• Defined component and token architecture for an entire system.
• Experienced with governance models for design systems.

Responsibilities

• Define component architecture and compositional philosophy across the system.
• Design token architecture scalable to themes and brand variants.
• Build documentation and governance infrastructure at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering to align roadmaps and practices.
• Scale accessibility as a default across themes and components.
• Own and measure the system's roadmap and business impact.
