LINK is actively seeking a Senior Design Strategist to lead innovative design strategies for diverse clients in the Washington, D.C. area. You will partner with executives and internal teams to shape strategic visual storytelling and deliver human-centered design solutions.

The role requires a track record in design strategy, research leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with a path toward organizational impact and growth for LINK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
• 10+ years in design strategy, service design, UX, or related areas.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Expertise in human-centered design, design thinking, and storytelling.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Proven ability to translate research into actionable insights and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and drive client-aligned solutions.
• Partner with client stakeholders to define priorities and outcomes.
• Develop visual frameworks, journey maps, and strategic narratives.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional sessions to build alignment.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to practice evolution.
