Job summary

LINK is a fast-growing, woman-owned small business seeking a Senior Design Strategist/Strategist; Program Manager in the Charleston, SC area. You will lead design strategies, partner with executives, and drive human-centered storytelling to meet client objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in strategic communication and 7+ years in program management with Agile experience, plus TS/SCI clearance. Hybrid onsite schedule with client-facing work and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, English, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategic communication, public affairs, or strategy development.
• 7+ years program/project management with Agile and delivery best practices.
• Current TS/SCI clearance required.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Government contracting experience; PMP preferred; security clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client partnerships and design strategy with human-centered methods.
• Guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity and align stakeholders.
• Translate complex ideas into executive-level narratives.
• Develop messaging frameworks aligned with leadership priorities.
• Design governance and change-management approaches.
• Conduct mixed-methods research and synthesize insights.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Mentor team members and model LINK values.
• Oversee program delivery, budgets, and performance measures.
