LINK seeks a Senior Design Strategist to lead innovative design strategies, collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive impactful visual storytelling and human-centered solutions.

You will develop narratives, guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity, and deliver executive-level deliverables that align with clients’ mission and brand. This role requires 10+ years of experience, security clearance eligibility, and a portfolio demonstrating strategic design decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design strategy, service design, user experience, research, consulting, communications, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Strong expertise in human-centered design, design thinking, systems thinking, facilitation, and strategic storytelling.
• Portfolio that demonstrates both design execution and strategic decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute innovative design strategies for clients.
• Guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity, helping stakeholders build alignment and make informed decisions.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop visual frameworks, journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and decision-support tools.
• Shape storytelling approaches for executive deliverables and strategic narratives.
• Mentor teammates and share tools, methods, and lessons learned.
• Facilitate workshops, design sprints, stakeholder engagements, and co-creation activities.
