Job summary

Stellantis is looking for a Senior Design & Release Engineer to take charge of the development of critical components within transmission and electric drive systems. This role involves managing product development from concept to production and requires strong cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate proficiency in GD&T and engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in propulsion systems or automatic transmissions.
• 5 years of Design & Release engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of transmission, driveline, or electric drive unit functionality.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for relevant components.
• Define technical requirements and system architecture.
• Lead supplier sourcing and technical reviews.
