Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Senior Associate Design Program Manager for the Chase Card team to plan and manage day-to-day workflow, processes, and reporting across digital and physical design projects. You will partner with design, product, engineering, and research to align work, drive clarity, and ensure delivery in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires coordinating multiple streams, championing process improvements, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate discovery while safeguarding data privacy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project or program management experience with digital design or marketing teams.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle at scale.
• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile project methods.
• Experience or familiarity with Monday.com and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a digital and physical product portfolio, including intake, resourcing, execution, tracking, and capacity.
• Partner with Design Leads, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Scrum Masters on delivery and reporting.
• Facilitate cross-team discussions with multiple design teams and stakeholders.
• Plan capacity and guide project execution with Digital Design and Product teams.
• Track projects, update status, and produce reports; act as traffic manager.
