Job summary

The role emphasizes analysis of operational gaps and delivering practical solutions across multiple teams and functions.

You will guide day-to-day client operations, prioritize efficiency, and help the design organization become more collaborative and effective in serving customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing project schedules or office operations.
• Experience identifying and prioritizing opportunities across the intelligence analysis and design organization to become more collaborative, unified, efficient, and effective.
• Ability to develop, benchmark, analyze, and track key design metrics.
• Ability to conduct internal research to understand evolving design team challenge and efficacy of implemented efforts.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the client’s day-to-day operations and oversee the team’s support to their assigned customer.
• Identify and prioritize pain points and opportunities for better efficiency, effectiveness, collaboration, and alignment across teams.
• Design, implement, and iterate on solutions to gaps in the design process.
