Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Operations Research Analyst, Senior to analyze complex organizational and operational problems and develop data-driven solutions. You will guide a team, build models, and brief decision-makers.

You will apply mathematical and statistical techniques across engineering and economic disciplines to improve efficiency for IC and DoD customers. The role emphasizes collaboration and impactful analytics.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience conducting analysis of management and operational problems using operations research techniques.
1+ years of experience with the application of modeling and simulation to address decision analysis problems.
1+ years of experience conducting multiple objective decision analysis or cost benefit analysis in support of research objectives.
1+ years of experience with pandas, R, Excel and VBA, ARENA, Octave, Tableau, Gurobi and CPLEX, ExtendSim, SAS, Netica, stats models, Stata, MATLAB, or SPSS.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field

Responsibilities

Solve complex analytical problems for clients and develop recommended solutions.
Develop process improvement solutions and create tools to enhance productivity.
Guide a team to develop study plans, conduct research, create models and tools, brief decision makers, and write reports.
Use statistical and mathematical methods to design modeling and measurement techniques.
Apply operations research knowledge to advance efficiencies for IC and DoD customers.
