Responsibilities

Define and evolve the digital experience vision across web and adjacent channels.
Set design direction for Booz Allen's digital presence and UX.
Lead design of marketing pages and content-rich experiences.
Collaborate with brand and creative teams to apply standards and assets.
Provide hands-on design direction and critique while guiding new approaches.
Own web strategy including site architecture and content models.
Establish enterprise design systems and UI patterns.
Leverage data and research to optimize engagement and KPIs.
Mentor a multidisciplinary design team and align with marketing stakeholders.
