Job summary

GagaMuller Group is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design activities on large-scale, mission-critical projects in Ohio. You will coordinate with consultants, BIM teams, and project stakeholders to ensure design excellence and on-time delivery.

You will act as the senior client-side design authority, driving governance, and coordinating across architectural, structural, CSA, MEP, ICT, and construction teams. Mentorship and leadership are key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design management and mission-critical project delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design activities from concept through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Establish design management strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery procedures across the project.
• Review consultant design deliverables to ensure compliance with client standards and requirements.
• Monitor design progress against milestones and drive resolution of design-related risks and constraints.
• Ensure design documentation supports procurement, construction sequencing, commissioning, and handover.
