Location: Remote (anywhere in the USA, with 25% travel domestically)

Role Description

We are seeking an Architectural and Engineering Senior Design Manager to join our Design Management team within the North America Places group. The role involves working on projects that create smart, safe, and sustainable places across various sectors including industrial, commercial, residential, social infrastructure, and more.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to align project objectives
• Lead strategic pursuits and develop delivery strategies to meet financial targets
• Manage project finances, resources, and delivery timelines
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
• Implement best practices in design delivery, risk, and change management
• Develop project plans and communicate technical concepts effectively

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in leading large multi-disciplinary design and construction projects
• Proven financial and client management skills
• Experience with Autodesk platforms such as ACC or BIM solutions
• BA in Architecture or Engineering; PMP, PE, or RA certifications preferred
• Sustainability experience and urban project implementation knowledge are a plus

Salary range: $94,944 - $161,405, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, paid leave, wellness programs, and more.
