Role Description

We seek an experienced Architectural and Engineering Senior Design Manager to join our North America Places group. The role involves leading design management for diverse projects including industrial, logistics, data centers, commercial, residential, and social infrastructure developments, with a focus on urban environments and transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and consultants to align project objectives.
2. Lead strategic pursuits, develop delivery strategies, and manage financial targets.
3. Oversee project controls, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
4. Manage client relationships, deliver presentations, and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of leading large multi-discipline design and construction projects.
• Strong financial management skills related to projects and clients.
• Experience with Autodesk platforms such as ACC or BIM solutions.
• BA in Architecture or Engineering; PMP, PE, or RA certifications preferred.
• Sustainability experience and urban project implementation are a plus.

Competitive salary range: $94,944 - $161,405, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401K, paid leave, and more.
