Job summary

• Lead and complete end‑to‑end consumer studies processes.

• Define and shape the product backlog and design requirements for the EDP design team.
• Create and maintain empathy maps, user journeys, workflows, and design documentation.
• Drive research‑driven design solutions with a focus on data‑centric platforms.
• Coach and mentor teammates on UX research methods and design best practices.
