Job summary

You will work with commercial, infrastructure, and engineering partners to address consumer needs and drive platform adoption across a large data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in usability testing or user research.
• Understanding of UX principles and competitor analysis.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional product leaders, engineers, and data customers.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, ambiguity, and fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement a multi-faceted user research strategy into product design processes, including empathy mapping, workflow creation, knowledge building, and testing.
• Communicate research methods and findings to product teams and translate user insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop creative solutions and a broader set of opportunity answers for each problem.
• Act as a customer champion to guide the organization toward successful data structures, site-based, and cloud-based solutions.
• Lead the definition and synthesis of research outcomes for senior leadership.
• Support the backlog and design requirements for the EDP design team.
• Create effective and impactful user journeys across EDP products.
• Collaborate with tech and product partners to understand product or journey under investigation.
• Facilitate user research sessions with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Wrap up the full user research process and ensure findings are communicated.
