RSM US LLP seeks a senior UX leader to guide a team delivering user-centered experiences across products and platforms. You will shape the overall UX strategy, maintain design systems, and partner with product and engineering leaders to ensure cohesive, accessible solutions.

You will maintain a hands-on design presence while mentoring the team, advancing user research practices, and driving cross-functional collaboration to align roadmaps with user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
• Experience leading UX design for complex, multi-platform products.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Experience leading user research and turning insights into design strategies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to guide design direction across teams and disciplines.
• Portfolio showing strategic design thinking and leadership in execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of UX designers, setting expectations and ensuring high-quality output.
• Define UX strategy and design direction aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Oversee UX deliverables including journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and accessible UI.
• Plan and integrate user research (interviews, usability studies, tests, analytics) into decisions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems with consistent patterns and standards.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to shape requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve design challenges and guide product direction.
• Present UX perspectives in roadmaps, planning, and leadership discussions.
• Identify process/tools improvements to boost efficiency and design quality.
• Track feedback and metrics to support continuous product improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation and inclusive design.
