McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Manager, Design Integration to lead the design delivery on major projects.

You will organize design participants, processes, and technology to ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals are met. The role requires coordinating with design teams, trade partners, and internal partners on design-build or design-assist projects, developing BIM execution plans, and aligning documents with project objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading design teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture.
• Experience with Design-Build, Design-Assist or IPD.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsabilités

• Interface with Project teams to manage design delivery schedule, quality and content.
• Identify decision-makers and obtain client direction.
• Coordinate design document packaging strategies and review processes using cloud platforms.
• Work with VDC Manager to develop BIM execution plans.
• Coordinate with owner stakeholders and vendors to incorporate requirements into design documents.
• Assist in code compliance reviews and potential third‑party reviews on larger projects.
