Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading, managing, and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing the design phase of complex construction projects.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, with the ability to bring diverse stakeholders together to drive alignment and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Project teams to develop and monitor design document delivery schedules and content.
• Identify decision-makers and critical decision points; obtain client direction and provide internal guidance.
• Coordinate design document packaging strategies and review processes using cloud-based platforms.
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans with the VDC Manager.
• Coordinate with owner stakeholders and vendors to ensure design requirements are incorporated.
