Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multiple large engineering projects.
• Experience with automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or STEM.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• CAD software proficiency: AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects, retrofits, and building designs.
• Design and develop efficient layouts for warehouses and delivery centers to optimize space and workflow.
• Integrate automation solutions into facility designs for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies.
• Develop and utilize simulation models to evaluate design options and optimize performance.
• Conduct spatial integration and trade studies for proposed designs and automation projects.
• Ensure successful project implementation from concept through to design completion, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively, present detailed technical solutions to senior executives.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
