Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing multiple large projects in manufacturing or logistics.
• Experience with automated or non-automated material handling equipment.

• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• CAD software experience (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).

Expect to juggle multiple projects, participate in design review meetings and coordinate with architects and civil engineering on detail drawings. You'll troubleshoot design challenges, conduct capacity analyses, and stay updated on industry innovations. The role demands a balance of analytical thinking, creative problem‑solving, technical expertise, and effective communication to meet operational goals and deadlines.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
• Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non‑automated material handling equipment
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects and initiatives
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.)
• 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
• Experience in operations management of fulfillment or distribution centers
• Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
• Experience using MS Project, MS Office, and MS Sharepoint
• Experience designing or implementing integrated automation solutions such as material handling systems, high‑speed packaging lines, or manufacturing lines
• Experience in technical leadership for industrial engineering projects or programs
