Job summary

You will develop complete product definitions in SolidWorks, balance manufacturability and performance, lead engineering changes and configurations, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of mechanical/electromechanical design experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading complex design through production release.
• SolidWorks proficiency with complex assemblies and tolerance analysis.
• Experience across CAD/PDM, ERP, product configuration, and ECR/ECN environments.
• Knowledge of DFx and manufacturing processes (machining, molding, casting, joining, assembly).
• Experience guiding other engineers and contributing to design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product design from concept to production release.
• Balance performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and lifecycle requirements.
• Develop and release product definitions using SolidWorks.
• Lead engineering changes and production improvements.
• Lead technical reviews and guidance on design decisions.
• Contribute to design standards and practical guidance with management.
