Responsibilities

• Lead design and development from concept to production.
• Apply mechanical design, systems, statistics, and engineering to create efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sales, and marketing for manufacturability and objectives.
• Oversee product lifecycle from design to end-of-life, on time and within budget.
• Perform statistical analysis to improve performance, reliability, and safety.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous learning.
