Chromalloy is seeking a Senior Design Engineer in Palm Beach Gardens, FL to lead design and development of turbine, compressor, and combustor components across the NPI lifecycle. You will partner with SMEs, manufacturing, Powerplant and Project Engineers to align technical requirements, schedules, performance and cost from concept to production.

Qualifications

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience leading technical development for gas turbine components is preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead design and development of turbine, compressor, and combustor components.
Define technical milestones and guide teams from concept through production.
Apply engineering analysis to support new product development and repair strategies.
Collaborate with chief engineers, SMEs, manufacturing, Powerplant and Project Engineers to solve challenges.
Document design requirements, progress, and decisions for stakeholders.
