Job summary

Tachyum is seeking an experienced engineer in Las Vegas to work on the Execution Unit of our processor family. The role emphasizes RTL development, high‑speed pipeline design, and low‑power techniques in cutting‑edge microarchitectures.

The candidate should bring deep expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog, synthesis, STA, CDC and lint, plus programming skills in C and scripting languages. This position offers growth in a global, collaborative environment with exposure to bleeding‑edge technology.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in processor design (or similar) with strong RTL background.
• Experience with ALU logic and high‑speed processor pipelines.
• Knowledge of low‑power design techniques in advanced CMOS.
• Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog; familiarity with synthesis, STA, CDC, lint.
• C programming and scripting (Perl, shell, Python, AWK) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 to 8 years of experience (bright individuals with lower experience can also apply) and the following skills:
• Experience with Arithmetic Unit (ALU) logic design with emphasis on high‑speed processor pipeline designs
• Understanding of processor pipeline designs
• Logic design experience with state‑of‑the‑art deep‑submicron technologies, specifically low‑power design techniques
• Verilog / System Verilog / synthesis / STA (static timing analysis) / CDC / lint
• Knowledge of programming languages C, scripting (Perl / shell / python / awk) is a plus
