Job summary

Top Tier Resources in Little Rock is seeking a Design Engineer to lead mechanical design and development of new products, and drive improvements to existing ones.

You will test and validate performance, maintain design documentation, and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure quality and patent-ready designs.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of mechanical design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design including metals and plastics.
• Flow Analysis, DFX, FMEA and FEA.
• 3D modeling software.
• Competency in safety.
