Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the design and construction of modular or large-scale healthcare facilities with budgets ranging from $50–$100 million. You will lead cross-functional teams, define scope, and ensure KP service goals throughout design, construction, and close-out phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years experience in construction and/or design project management.
• Minimum one (1) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years PM experience or 8 years PM experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads large-scale projects from initiation to close-out. Develops, analyzes, and manages project plans including scope, schedule and resources.
• Manages project finances and overall performance (on time, on budget, within scope, quality).
• Guides design stages, procurement of permits, and reviews invoices/change orders with vendors.
• Leads cross-functional teams and communicates goals/status to KP leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitors risks and issues, develops mitigation plans, and escalates as needed.
• Ensures adherence to policies and procedures across project activities.
