Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale construction projects, overseeing all design and construction phases for budgets of $150–$250 million and setting parameters for time, cost, and scope. You will direct cross-functional teams, define plans, and ensure KP goals are met through design, construction, and close‑out.

You will guide medical/regional facility design, negotiate fees, review invoices and change orders, manage permits, and coordinate with KP leadership to align programs

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years experience in construction and/or design project management.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree and minimum eight (8) years in project management, or eleven (11) years in PM.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of large-scale projects from initiation to close-out.
• Manages project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitors risks, issues, and budget performance.
• Ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
