Job summary

Schloegel Design Remodel in Missouri is seeking a Senior Level Design Build Salesperson to join our Sales & Design team. You will lead the client relationship from initial consultation through contract, coordinating design and construction activities across multiple remodeling projects.

The role requires 10+ years of sales experience in home remodeling, familiarity with AutoCAD, and a proven track record of sizing projects and closing contracts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in the home remodeling industry, preferably with a design + build company.
• Clear and concise communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to estimate projects, create designs, and sell solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the design process timeline and selection matrix.
• Call/email clients to schedule meetings.
• Present design drawings and visuals.
• Research and prepare specifications for materials selections.
• Arrange sub-contractor walks-throughs and follow-ups on estimates.
• Prepare takeoffs, pricing, and sourcing of materials.
• Create contracts with budgets and scopes of work.
• Execute the contract sale.
• Coordinate project start with SDR’s production team and procurement of materials.
• Manage the project with production team during construction, tracking tasks and change orders.
• Perform various other tasks as assigned.
