Job summary

Schloegel Design Remodel in Kansas City is seeking an SDR Project Manager to lead remodeling projects from start to finish. You will report to Production Managers, manage schedules and budgets, supervise carpenters, subs, and in-house labor, and ensure quality craftsmanship on every phase.

The ideal candidate has five years of remodeling experience, strong carpentry knowledge, and excellent communication with the team, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Five years of remodeling experience.
• Strong carpentry knowledge across rough/finish trades.
• Excellent communication with team, subs and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedule and budget with supervision of subs.
• Coordinate with Production Manager and clients on site.
• Lead on-site carpenters and subcontractors.
• Maintain site safety and cleanliness.
• Keep project documentation and revisions up to date.
