Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in commercial and industrial markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, co-workers, vendors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, scheduling and profitability goals are met on each project; enforce Gray's safety program.
• Understand owner contracts and subcontracts; render decisions based on contractual obligations.
• Coordinate design/engineering subcontractors to meet scope and technical requirements.
• Prepare reports and monitor project progress, schedules and budgets.
• May assist with estimating efforts and proposal preparation.
