Job summary

MPI in St. Louis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will partner with clients, manage budgets up to $60M+, and support the estimating team with bids and change orders.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years with a general contractor, client-facing experience, and proficiency in Procore to drive timely delivery and align with project goals. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; construction-related degree a plus.
10+ years of experience with a general contractor.
Prior project manager experience on $20M+ projects; client-facing required.
Software proficient, e.g., Procore.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage projects ranging from $2M - $60M+ in value.
Assist estimating team with estimating and change orders.
Assist Senior PM lead project meetings—bid proposals, update meetings, and closeouts.
Delegate tasks to ensure project delivery and deadlines.
Create budgets and schedules based on cost estimates and material overhead.
Travel as necessary to job sites.
